Soma

Soma are a species which are never birthed naturally, as far as anyone knows. They evolve from other spirits as they grow and advance. It is a treacherous path, and very, very few have the opportunity for an evolution into a soma.
Soma are able to shift between physical and intangible form, appearing as ghostly humans with a third eye on their foreheads. They usually possess powerful essence magic.
