Caelthir

Caelthir is an ancient Sea Elf mercenary, commander and tactician currently residing in the City of Kalaman.

Description

Having lived nearly 1000 years, Caelthir's Sea Elven grace has only grown with his age. Nearly impossible to suprise, Caelthir commands attention with his glistening sea-elven armor and air of leadership. Standing just over 6 feet tall, Caelthir's features all match the stereotypical elven traits - symmetrical, beautiful, and youthful.

Personality

After an extended lifetime, Caelthir's emotions have been buried deep underneath his apathetic exterior, though he has been known to show emotion in the company of friends. Due to his lifetime experience, Caelthir is rarely suprised at any turn of events, and often 'goes with the flow' on most matters, claiming them to be "trivial in the grand scheme of life".

Abilities

Caelthir is a practiced soldier, commander, and tactician. First encounterd by the Greenshield Regiment outside Titina Rookledust's Workshop, Caelthir commanded a sizeable force set on capturing Titina for the Red Dragon Army. During the battle, Caelthir's knowledge of tactics and warfare allowed him to nearly get the better of the elite Greenshields, though the perseverance and the unpredictability of Titina's inventions would interfere with his otherwise flawlessly executed plan.

Relationships

Friends

Having lived longer than most mortals, Caelthir seems to be short on friends. However, upon being brought back to Kalaman by the Greenshield Regiment after his capture at Titina Rookledust's Workshop, he immediately greeted Marshal Nestra Vendri with open arms, and the two recounted their shared combat experiences. Since being allowed into the city as a combat training advisor, Caelthir has made standing relationships with the Greenshield Regiment as well as the forces under Marshal Nestra Vendri's command. On the opinion of Marshal Vendri alone, Caelthir is regarded highly in the city.

Enemies

Though his friends are often kept close, there is little doubt that Caelthir has made enemies over his extended lifetime. Most notably, after his capture and subsequent team change to Kalaman's forces, the Red Dragon Army is likely to have a grudge against him.

History

Little is known about the origins of Caelthir, though it is confirmed that Caelthir served under the same flag as Marshal Vendri during the older wars between Kalaman and the Estewilde. Other than that, Caelthir has mentinoed having many jobs over the years, though he never placed much importance on his occupations since he often outlived the dynasties that oversaw them.
