The Godcasters of Sethir

Emerging from seemingly nowhere in the early second age, the Godcasters are simultaneously Talirim's youngest major Pantheon and one of the most powerful. It is lead by three brothers, Kilric, Endros and Olrad. The brothers emerged not long before the Sethiri rebellions against Tiorath grew serious, and it is believed that the Sethiri conflicts began in earnest when they took charge of the fledgling Sethiri cultures. At this time they were men of great stature, however they were capable of being defeated by powerful men, as seen in Olrads defeat during the sacking of Foran.   The new lords of Sethir would not remain mere mortals for long however. Indeed many who new them since they first appeared claimed they seemed somehow diminished from something far greater, and they bore the scars of conflict. However these scars would fade with each victory, and as their confidence grew their true natures would show. By their respective final battles they were even in capability to the greatest of low gods, a state that seemed almost natural for them. Once they had achieved a final victory again it seemed the hardships would take effect and change the brothers once more, and they ascended to the role of high gods of a new Pantheon.   As well documented as their actions during the war may be their are several unknowns when it comes to the Godcasters. The first question that comes to mind is how they rapidly ascended to the role of high gods. Ultimately this question remains unanswered, some believe the High gods of Sar'aan's pantheon would help them achieve this state as each had begun to form friendships within the elder pantheon. However it is possible they gained this status on their own, as their power may be on par with or even greater than most members of the Progenitor Pantheon, but it is expressed in a vastly different way.   Many also wonder whether or not they are truly brothers. Although they are adamant that this is the case they seem quite different in physiology. Each god takes the appearance of their respective culture, and did so long before they gained access to the power to change shape. If they are simply brothers in arms it seems they are at the very least related to a long lost branch of humankind as the scope of their abilities is similar, but if they are truly closely related this brings up as many questions as it answers.
