Goddess of Health and Disease, Physic is the the goddess that oversees the health and illnesses in Talidor. She is responsible for recoveries from injuries, all the diseases in the world, as well as guiding those who would heal the sick and injured.
Physic's symbol is a green mint leaf, often portrayed on a white square.

Physic’s Influence

Physic is the goddess that provides the rosy bloom to a healthy person's cheeks and drains the color from the ill. She embodies both health and disease, two sides of the same coin. From people playing sports and eating hearty meals to those suffering from common colds or a plagues, Physic is omnipresent in the cities and villages of Talidor. People pray to Physic to keep their families and themselves healthy, to keep disease at bay, and to speed the recovery of the sick. When a plague ravages the land, shrines to Physic overflow with gifts. Diseased people will take themselves to a shrine along with a sacrifice, hoping for some relief. Physic is also looked to help heal the injured.

Physic’s Goals

She strives to maintain a balance between health and illness. Disease and injury are the great equalizers. Everyone may enjoy great health, but everyone must also deal with disease. Diseases and injuries may be avoided by those who strive to do so, and the reward is robust health. Physic sees disease as a method of reminding people to maintain a clean and orderly life, less complicated and more pure.

Worshiping Physic

Holy sites for Physic are places of healing and rest. With a focus on well being as well as recovery from disease, Physic's temples also act as convalescent homes and hospitals.
Physic's holy symbol is a mint leaf. 
Sacrifices to Physic are usually made by leaving foodstuffs out to spoil then throwing them into flowing water, to wash away the disease. When a person is suffering from a disease, it is common to treat a fever with a white cloth soaked in water filled with mint leaves and a pinch of salt.
To celebrate Healing of Cardathis, on the 17th of Eastwinds, Physic's worshippers parade around their city or town in white and green clothes while singing and chanting prayers at sunrise and again at sunset. They spend the day in quiet reflection on the benefits of a healthy life. Many also donate money and useful items to their local hospital or temple to Physic.
