All New Sedonan coins have a crown on the back (tails) that has five up-pointing spikes above five circles. CP, SP, and GP are round and the same size (about a quarter PP are bars (like elongated quarters). The heads sides are different:
- Copper: A falling drop of honey. Commonly called a "Drop" as in, "I'll give you five drops for that."
- Silver: A flying bee. Commonly called a "Bee" as in, "I'll give you five bees for that."
- Gold: A bear's head in profile. Commonly called a "Bear" as in, "I'll give you five bears for that."
- Platinum: Two crossed arrows. Commonly called a "Arrow" as in, "I've never seen an arrow." Rarely used outside of major trade and noble transactions.
