Captain

Captain Kern is five foot six, muscular build with sand-blonde hair cut short with gray blue eyes.
At the time of the adventure “Right to the Bone”, she was captain of the cargo ship, the Hershaw. The Hershaw sailed into New York Harbor with apparently no one aboard until SAFEGUARD send the Trenchcoat Brigade to investigate.
She is retired from the US Navy and was decorated for bravery. Ms Kern is credited for having foiled a kidnapping and piracy attempt by Somalian pirates.
