  • Fishing Guild - Roughly 200 fisherfolk lead by old mother Larenza Throtle (CG Human Rogue) were here before Alkenstar took over the hamlet in 4713AR.
  • The Counting Horse is run by Otto Redding (LN Dwarf Cleric of Abadar) a combination Bank of Alkenstar and Merchanting House. 
  • Hope's Patrol - Run by Juliet Fredson (LG Human Cavalier)
  • The Brightworks - Run by James Erstwhile specializing in metalworks of copper and tin.
  • The Adamantine Spork - The only tavern and eatery in town.  Fair prices, good foods.

Geography

Located on the eastern edge of the mana wastes where the oceans touch the land.
There are three port city's under Alkenstar's Control.   Southport (the northern most City), Hope's Harbor (Central port city) and Falgin's Vision (Southern most port city)   The Naval base is located a half mile off Shore on an island that was created using many, many walls of stone to build a foundation that sinks into the bedrock below the ocean 200' below the sea level.
  The Naval base is at the points of the cresent shaped bay that the town sprawls within.   Chains run between the East and West Point that can be raised in case of a siege to stop incoming ships from the sea.   Along the north half of the bay sprawls the fisherfolks houses and piers haphazzardly.
Along the south half of the bay sits the new constructed docks and city buildings.
  Leading due west from the Baroness's Keep is a road that stretchs for five miles before it tapers off into a dirt track leading west towards Alkenstar.
   The road itself is very well constructed of smoothed stones laid flat with a drainage ditch on both sides. Every mile there is a stone shelter large enough for five steam wagons with fresh flowing water on each side of the road.

Natural Resources

Fish. Trade Goods from oversea routes. Not much else other then magic does not work at all for 1/2 mile from the center of the bay.
