Relamptare Tree

The Relamptare Tree is the dominant tree of Pengana's highlands. Relamptare Trees grow to be quite tall, roughly 300 meters high and some 50 meters wide at the trunk, making them smaller than the Caelum Trees of Cyrtonyx but much taller than the trees of Urash. Relamptares have broad, branching limbs. Their central trunk generally ends around 60 meters up where it divides into multiple limbs. They are broadleaf trees and lose their leaves during the night season and again during the height of the day. Consequently, they only have leaves during the morning and late afternoon.
The High Elven League has long built cities among the bows of the Relamptare Trees.
