Nabu

Nabu is the closest planet to Utu. It is a small, rocky world which is extremely dense, giving it a higher gravity than Urash. Rotates so slowly as to be almost tidally locked. One Nabuan day is 176 Urashi days. The day hemisphere is blasted by deadly levels of heat while the night hemisphere is inhospitably cold. The only life on the surface lives in the terminator. However, the slow procession of the terminator across the planet means that Nabuan plants have to constantly spread as the terminator moves, leaving behind a trail of withered husks. Hence Nabuan flora have a rapid life cycle: growing fast, leaving seeds, and dying, only for their seeds to sprout anew in 176 days when the terminator returns. The native sapient species, the dwarves, originally evolved on the surface but moved underground as their population expanded. They now inhabit a colossal labyrinth of excavated caves and tunnels.
The climate of Nabu is one of extremes. The day side is desiccated by 100 degree weather that boils off all the water. This steam cannot condense in the extreme heat, but as the hot air circulates to the freezing night side, the vapor rapidly condenses and drops a huge amount of snow on the lifeless landscape. These blizzards quickly bury the night side in mountains of snow. This snow lasts until the the day returns and the cycle begins anew. 
During the Sumerian Star Empire, the Sumerians built rolling cities that followed the slow movement of the terminator. These cities have long since fallen into disrepair and now lie scattered across the landscape. The dwarven spaceports, like the rest of their civilization, are found underground. They are generally accessible via enormous tunnels cut into the sides of cliffs. Large deicing operations keep these clear during the long nights.
