Mist Stalker

The mist stalker is an octopus-like creature with wet red skin and a single great eye on the center of its head. It's wreathed in thick fog that makes it hard to see the specific shape of its body, but the single, never-blinking eye and curling tentacles are clearly visible where they emerge from the mist. The mist stalker can easily see through the mist and can even thicken it enough to the point of immobilizing its prey.
