Velocity Aspect

Written by bananafire

Effect

Velocity as an aspect adds motion to an object in a specific direction. Heavier objects require more Velocity added to them to gain the same amount of speed.

Gathering

Velocity is gathered from moving objects, with faster object being easier to collect from. When collecting a Velocity aspect the direction must be specified, and the aspect is stored with the collected direction.

Uses

  • Push: move a heavy object out of the way with a large amount of the way.
  • Quick shot: give large amounts of velocity to a small object to turn it into a projectile.
  • Elemental shot: give dangerous properties the the object before launching it to cause more harm, like large amount of Heat or Charge.
  • Launch: gives velocity to yourself to quickly move out of the way of an attack, or vault over an object, or just gain height.
  • Flight: take large amounts of mass from yourself to make one nearly light as air, take friction from yourself to reduce drag, then launch yourself in a direction to move large distances quickly.
