6th-level Spell: Wind of Ruin

Sorcery/Whispering (Enchantment)

You summon a dreadful wind, which begins at a point you can see within range and sweeps through a line 60-feet long and 10-feet wide. All creatures the wind passes through must make a Charisma saving throw or become cursed for the duration. While cursed in this way, a creature suffers from the following penalties:

  • It has disadvantage on all Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution ability checks.
  • Anytime it makes an attack roll, it must roll 1d6 and subtract the result from the d20 roll.
  • At the start of each of its turns, its current and maximum hit points are reduced by 2d10. Its maximum hit points can’t go below 1 as a result of this spell, and the reduction ends after a long rest.

A target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect for itself on a success.
