Aspetheurgy (Evocation)

A roaring vortex of Fluxflame erupts from a point of your choice within range. The raging conflagration fills a 10-foot radius, 40-foot-high cylinder. When the vortex appears, each creature within its area takes 8d4 force damage. When a creature enters the vortex or moves within it, it takes 2d4 force damage for every 5 feet it travels, and whenever a creature ends its turn in the vortex it takes an additional 8d4 force damage.
As a bonus action on your subsequent turns, you can move the vortex up to 15 feet in any direction and cause it to fling forth a hail of force bolts that seek out up to 3 targets of your choice within 15 feet of the vortex. Each target takes 3d4 + 3 force damage from the bolts.

• At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage of the vortex and bolts increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 5th.
