4th-level Spell: Phantasmal Horror
Aspetheurgy (Illusion)
You select a creature you can see within range and create an
illusion of its worst nightmares, which only it can see. At the
start of each of the target's turns, it must make a Wisdom
saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 4d10 psychic damage
and is frightened. On a successful save, the spell ends.
- At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 4th.
