2nd-level Spell: Crystalline Gauntlet
Whispering (Transmutation)
You turn your hand and forearm (or a similar appendage) into a crystal of your choosing (see table below). As part of the casting of the spell, and for the duration of the spell as an action, you can make a melee spell attack against one creature you can reach. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 piercing damage plus 1d10 of the damage type associated with the crystal.
While you maintain concentration on this spell, as an action on your turn, you can choose to shoot out a volley of crystalline shards in a 30-foot by 5-foot line. All creatures within the line must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d10 piercing damage plus 2d10 of the damage type associated with the crystal on a failed save, or half as much on a success. The spell then ends.
