Whispering (Illusion)

You point at a Medium or smaller creature you can see within range and cause its shadow to leap up, forming solid tendrils to bind it. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or become restrained for the spell's duration. A restrained target can repeat its saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

• At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can either target one additional creature or increase the size category of creature the spell can affect one time for each slot level above 1st.
