You spill a drop of your blood and mix it with a sample of any creature's blood. You learn the following information about the sample:

• The type of creature it came from.
• If that creature was poisoned or diseased when the blood sample was given.
• Any medical information related to the creature's blood (blood type, general health, malnutrition, etc.).
• If the creature is a blood relative of any other creature whose blood you've previously cast this spell on.
