Colonel Irina Golubev in a disgraced agent of the Upravleniye Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti ("Directorate of State Security"), or UGB, the primary foreign intelligence service for Russia. Their over muscled and immaculate bouncers keep the paparazzi away.
The matrix shadow nodes have seen an increase in traffic in and around Wisbech. Rumors and word is that there is a Russian looking for treasure hunters and safari hunters. Perhaps it is a run into  the Stinkfens for something or other. There is the legendary story of King John's lost treasure. Finding that, if it exists and estimated to have a value of 100 million would indeed be something that  Irina would be organizing.
