A hot ride

Bromley Road also known as the A21; a rather pleasant generally safe area of Greater London. Yet in 2085 it has more than it's fair share of glorious youths that spend their time in what one would consider to be acts of deliquency.
Five youthful teens none having yet reached their A levels, have decided to journey into Central London for a night of clubbing and fun. They need an auto. Faster than the tube, private and they can play games with other travelers on the road. Hogs of the road being a fun and popular one.
When it comes to borrowing autos, intrepid youngsters go about acquiring one in groups of four or five. This being a comfortable number to fit inside said vehicle. Yet any tired old automobile will not do. One must have something that is in the heigth of car fashion. Your grandmother's car will not do.
The leader, quick with his cutthroat razor and clever with an excuse or lie.

The group has chosen for the evening someone's Westwind 3000. A sporty high performance car that is fast and handles well. Sitting in front of a detached home with considerable acreage, the drive is partially obscured from passersby by trres and ornamental flowering shrubbery.
The group will have to contend with two large hounds.
The car is locked and has a security system that needs to be disabled. 
A police officer does patrol the neighborhood on foot. He is quick to use his baton if he faces trouble. The group should have 15 minutes before he walks by. 
If an excessive amount of noise is made, the purpled haired lady that owns the property will come out and shout at the group. If back talked to she will pick up an ornamental lawn sculpture from a pedestal and attempt to beat the teens with it.
