Harmonium Council

The Harmonium Council, unlike the other factions which make up the power players on Nigita, is comprised of all of the Force-sensitive sentient beings in the Hub.
In order to be a member of the Harmonium Council, one must be a Force-sensitive resident of The Hub in Nigita. The organization was founded to protect the Force Nexus and ensure that the Tree is not claimed by any faction or individual in particular.
Due to the nature of Nigita--the Force Nexus does not only empower people close to the Vergence as most such things do, but covers the *entire planet*--more than one group of Force sensitives in the galaxy have become keenly interested in both the planet and the nature of the Tree. Moreover, as the Tree contains a map of many, many other Nexuses in the galaxy, it is a center for intelligence for groups that are interested in same.
At the core of the group's philosophy is that there should never be an organization of Force users (such as the Jedi and later the Sith were) who dominate the galaxy or present a "One, True Way" of the Force. Events have shown that the system that once existed was not sustainable, and the members of the Harmonium are in agreement on this matter--for the most part. Due to this, there is no particular lean amongst the Harmonium regarding light and dark, and simple use of the dark side is not necessarily against the rules of the Council.
The rules of the Harmonium are very simple: the Tree is owned by no one person or group, but is a neutral ground; and members may challenge one another over disagreements. Recent events have made it clear that more discussion and perhaps more rules and organization are necessary, however, as many others have arrived on-planet since the faction's formation.
