The Unified Council of the Silver Covenant

The Unified Council is the institution founded with the draft of the Silver Covenant. it was comprised of ambassadors from all Seven Kingdoms, namely: Tamesis Saltreef, Myardred Vonahaf, Brokraid Jurgenhad, Averenya Varlath, Cyprus Essirae, Lao - Ying Caishen and Laimara Krilya.
