Warped Steel Bullets

Warped steel Bullets were a very limited prototype ammunition developed by the Russians during the cold war. They, when fired from a modified rifle, would explode on impact. However development was cancelled in 1989 due to soviet budget cuts. They are now a coveted collector's item.
