The Reign of the Rainbow Chiefs period describes the beginning and end of Qildabic ascendancy in the continent of Pendahar and western Gnosit, specifically Ald Cyngric, beginning in UT 1115 and concluding in 802.
Hex activity having always been strongly associated with Qildab, at least putatively, there is some suspicion among historians that the discovery of Enk' Ishr in 893 may have led to those sorcerors' evacuating Qildab for Sekh Anoob in order to join the fray in, although the exact political relationship between they and the mechanisms of government is not well understood.
