Undead

Among the various creatures that have walked the lands of Taeva, the undead are considered to be the most feared and reviled of all. As deceased creatures, both humanoid and animal, risen through necromantic magics, these beings are considered to be aberrations to the natural cycle of life and death. While undead are a rare sight within Taeva, they nonetheless pose a significant threat to all life whenever they appear, with their destruction being made a high priority.

Undead can only be risen through the use of necromantic magic, either as the result of an aetheric anomaly, or the direct actions of a Necromancer.

Behaviour

Undead are completely mindless, and are instictively driven to attack any living creatures they encounter.
