Grimoire

Grimoires (alternatively known as Spellbooks) are the personal journals of Taevas mages, particularly those native to the continent of Imera, containing notes on the spells their owner most commonly use (including the techniques they use to cast them), as well as their own personal observations on magic and its effects on the world. While there are a number of cultural and regional equivalents to these journals found throughout the world, Grimoires nonetheless remain emblematic of magic users.

Significance

As repositories of magical knowledge, Grimoires are greatly valued among Taevas mage populations.
