The Isle of Knowledge, Crystal Spires, Lone Mountain Keep, Deep Refractions, Cliffside, Luminous Garden, Sorrow's Watch, Wayward, and Wave Rider's Rest. They're all repairable.
The humans sent by Scholar King Amytri may be useful in this. Some of them are capable wizards and can be taught to do the work in difficult to access places.
We'll prioritize reconnecting the Isle of Knowledge with Crystal Spires and Lone Mountain Keep. Once that's done, we can work on the rest. You'll have the complete network restored within a year. We'll do our best to have the first part within two silver moons (56 days.)
If you have any Shadow Walkers or Dragons of Darkness' bloodline at your command it would help but I expect both such kinds of people are in great demand.
