Northern Grove from Dawn

Heiassa,
I owe you some details and an explanation about how things went with the seasonal Fae.   I don't think these Fae had anything to do with the rest of the attack. They seemed genuinely frightened. Evidently there's an old song about "The Judgment and Scorn of Dragons." The scholars of the Court lost their minds at the idea of many Dragons being nearby and considered it a threat to the Grove itself.   I explained that in our Grove, not only are Dragons welcome, but that Alrudian and Crag had helped defend our Grove through the winter, and that an even greater Dragon was considered part of our "ruling family." I told them that if they feared the "Judgment and Scorn" of Dragons, offending our Grove or disturbing us in this time of crisis would be a great way to bring calamity on their entire Grove, but at the same time, we would repay kindness in crisis ten fold and that we wouldn't forget the grace of them staying their hands for us in this moment.   I talked fast at that point - I didn't want to ask for help other than leaving us alone, I don't want to owe them that much, but it's a debt that's going to sit on your and Andstella's shoulders… I'm sorry.   I hope this is all over soon… I miss everyone.
