Demon King from Kadia

This "Demon King" is a disappointment as an adversary. Borrowed best describes his power and poor perfectly captures his mastery of it. Dying under torture was the best thing he accomplished.
Now to the challenging part - the remains of this dragon. It was reanimated using an enslaved remnant of it's own soul. The flesh is still decaying and dead, the soul is damaged with week will and it's controlled by a matched pair of collar (on the dragon) and bracelet (for the master.)
We can destroy the collar and bracelet, free the soul and bring the bones somewhere for proper burial but Hella and I wish to do otherwise. Nourished by trees, my soul survived the loss of flesh for centuries. While in worse shape than my own, I cannot abide failing to help this majestic one to recover if possible.
Alwen stands ready to assist with great power but we lack a sophisticated healer to mend dragon flesh and my command of magic of the soul is insufficient to change the nature of these bindings and reintegrate the spirit with the flesh.
I've included everything I know… but desperately need help to do more.
