Vocational Education Institution

An organization in the Empire for those who has finished the basic (and/or secondary) education of the Academy, and have either chosen a path in life and seeks to learn more about it, or for those who have no idea what they want to be.
The second category is put through an extremely detailed and exhaustive series of tests for any sort of paid occupation that thousands of years of the empire’s history of economic experience and research have come up with and cemented as standards. They have each been given excruciatingly detailed career curriculums.
If you want a job instead of the highest education and outside the fields of magic, the vast majority of people can find a job through this organization.
