A guild of lunatic assassins that has terrorized the Empire for several, disparate centuries in between its many destructions and iterations.
Its founder and her unit were "dismissed" from their service to the End Court because of their recklessness and bloodlust, meaning that they were hunted down to be killed. The unit managed to escape and decided to build their own bloody future.
It is the latest and most successful inheritor of the Killer Club.
