Dragon Form

In this form, he is a truly colossal creature whose torso alone is wider than a city street, but as a whole, he is as large as a few city blocks. There is a permanent frost around him that freezes his surroundings solid.

Human Form

In this form, he has ankle-long, straight silver hair, goatee and a mohawk, and he has the appearance and features of early fifties. He wears fancy, flowing robes of soft silver that drag on the ground.

History

Kharlesh conquered Clarain a few years after the start of the Flight of the Dragon Knights. After the time period ended and the Mortal Uprising won against the dragons, he had already made a deal with the rebels which allowed them secret access to and underground safe harbor in Clarain which in turn brought about the downfall of most non-Uprising dragons in Clarain. Any who didn't die or fall in line fled the country.
When the Dragon-Uprising War ended, Kharlesh stayed in Clarain and created and took on the new role of Crown Dragon, a prestigious position of royal advisor.
