Asyrm Avangeline, the Dread Captain

The undead pirate of the Diamond Sea, Asyrm was once a pirate of incredible renown, indiscriminately pillaging without a care of who the loot belonged to, regardless of race, religious nature, nation or preference. No one was safe on the waters of the Diamond Sea.
He now roams the bottom of the Diamond Depths, pillaging wrecks of loot and treasure and raising drowned crews into his service and ever-expanding fleet of undeath.
The Dread Captain wanders the water’s deep, becoming a different sort of legend, one of terror and one of hopeful avoidance, for if you perish down the diamond waves, Avangeline will claim you.

Relations

There was ever only one man who served as his foil. The man today known as Boisterous Bombur, the Diamond Sailor. At the time, he was a far less known ship captain, who always managed to evade the dreaded captain through wit and guile to get the shipments and escorts to where they were needed.
The only sunken wreck the dreaded dead hasn’t been able to recruit into his service is the one of mermaid scaled sails, and one of shimmering wood, belonging to Bombur himself.
