Rodan
A Paladin fighting the good fight against the Dreadlords, Rodan is ready to give the last full measure of his life to the cause, and do anything for his family. If his fanatacism doesn't get the best of him, his willingness to pay any cost to accomplish the mission just might. With the war at a stalemate since before he was born, exiting the conflict to support the role he's inherited may take a considerable amount of effort or force.
Mental characteristics
Sexuality
Rodan has had little opportunity to explore his sexuality, and what he has had is far from healthy. In the extremely chaste society of Vethian nobility, he was never unaccompanied in social gatherings, especially where girls may have been present. Interactions with girls were exceedingly formal, diplomatic, and personless. He could marvel at the staged beauty of them, but even having a real conversation with one alone would have never occurred.
Entering immediately into the military as a junior officer to fight in the eternal Crusade against the Dreadlords in World’s End added another layer to the problem. The constant stress of the battlefield tends to surprises one’s feelings, and what does manifest can often be dark or unusual. Add in a distinct lack of feminine faces, or even feminine energy, worsens the situation. Even in rare cases where women have been present at the fort, his position both as noble and officer requires him to act at a higher moral standard at all times, meaning no romantic pursuits of any kind.
What form his desires or bedroom behavior could take should he ever leave the battlefield is anyone’s guess.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Rodan wants nothing but to see the demonic evil of the dreadlords driven from T'sara. When that happens, it can be said that the Triumverate War is finally over, as that last of the forces are finally destroyed. He feels confidenct that this can happen, even when few others do. The Dreadlords are getting sloppy, and their tactics seemingly more desperate to drive the forces of the living back. Should they make a critical mistake, that will be their time to strike.
What would happen next once that victor happens, ROdan has no real answers. When pressed that at this lack of oversight, he contents that nobody has solid answers. The lands of the Dreadlords have been become seemingly toxic to all life. Whether it can ever be made hospitable again, and if so who would be able to claim it after generations of being simply known as World's End are huge uncertainties, and something that he doesn't need consider himself with. His smaller motivations are to live the life his parents wanted for him, and complete his noble obligations. Getting married, have a strong number of healthy children, continue to grow the family prestige and wealth, while supporting the great Holy State of Vahn. These are distant concerns; prizes to give himself for a successful job when the fight is done.

Likes & Dislikes
Despite the fervent faith Rodan posssess that drives him to fight at any cost, he is not especially judgemental of the different faiths, or lack of faiths of others. Anyone who is here to fight is afriend and an ally, even those who would otherwise normally be disregarded or seen as monstrous. Before he fell in battle, Rodan had made a good friend from an Executioner who had joined in the fight. For once, the extreme jealousy and distate held by the God of Death caused his acolyte's to be as determined in the fight of the unliving and necrotic forces of the Hells as the beings of light. No one save the Gods are spared from death, so long as they draw breath on T'sara.
That said, he cannot abide charlatans, performers, and those who make false claims to their committment to their ideals. Their motivation to fight is their business, but that motivation cannot be reneged upon, and one cannot forsake the ideals one claims to hold to be true. To commit such a heinous act is to spiritually kill one's self, a betrayal of the self cannot be exceeded by any betrayal from another.

Social
Contacts & Relations
Rodan still has those he would call good friends back home, though he has spoken to hardly enough of them since departing for the front line. He knows he left an impression when went through "seminary" to become a trusted paladin and officer in Vahn's holy armor and crusade against evil.
Family Ties
His noble family has been seeding funds and resources to the crusade for generations now, since the first of the Dreadlords stepped foot in the world. They wear their contributions and sacrifices with pride, and Radol felt the need to follow suit, leading the fight.
Rodan has two younger twin sisters, Diana and Brigid. With the difficulties of fighting at the front lines, communication back home has been difficult. Last he had heard, they were deeply committed to the faith as well. Little does he know, that his sisters had followed into his footsteps and join the Crusade against the DreadLords, and will be joining him in the battlefield shortly.
He also has a much younger brother, still an early teenager. Should something happen to Rodan, the fate of the family would fall to young Rehlin; a fate he might not be fully prepared for.
Religious Views
Rodan is a fervent, possibly zealous believer in the Gods, especially in the words of Mastro, the God of Justice. Having been an ardent student in the schools of his native land of Vahn, he's been fully indoctrinated in their interpreation of the will of the gods will and the place of a mortal within it. Those who stand by and watch heresy and disrespect occur without doing anything are as bad as the culprits themselves.
One is either a part of the solution, or one is a part of the problem, and those who are the latter must face the justice for such, in this life or the next.

Wealth & Financial state
Despite his families noble status and the theoretical wealth that he possesses, Rodan has little coin to his name while in his current position. There’s also little need: the Quartermaster of the fort runs a small store selling minor creature comforts to offset the normal meager provisions that are provided from the outside. Rodan finds little joy in them, and would rather let the others who find them necessary have their fill.
Honorary & Occupational Titles
Sir Rodan, being eldest of four, is set to inherit the title as a small region within the Vahn province of Balonura. He knows, deep down, that at some point he must return home and begin to take his future role seriously, learning what it means to be a noble, and not a military officer. Still, he finds leaving the front without the battle being won hard, maybe even impossible. Even if he were to return to the safe and comfortable life of his childhood home, would he even know how to function in it?
