Research and Development (Moonglow)

Considered to be Operation Moonglow's most important mission, research into the supernatural is done the research and development department. They are leaders in the world in the field of supernatural studies. The department head is Jacob Collins, the creator of Information Theory . There are four important locations for the department among smaller labs. The Seattle Supernatural Labs holds the headquarters for the department and run Collins Academy, in which the Lightspear Program gets its recruits. The Cambridge Tallowa Labs is the main labs in Europe for moonglow and is the leader in Tallowa Inscription Power research. The Tokyo Supernatural Labs are the main labs in Asia and specialize in practical applications in engineering for the supernatural. The New York Institute of Supernatural Studies is where the data collected labs are used to push the field. It is use by Operation Moonglow to obtain information about the supernatural.
