Recap Session 2

General Summary

The group saw some strangers in full cover dress walk into town asking about workers needed for a mining operation near Thollrby. Yavien followed them to an Inn just outside of town named the Normandy Inn, and talked with a half-elf gentleman named Vincent Luvon. Fin played music at Glittergod nights where he encountered a strange and uncomfortable gnomish man, there was a town meeting where Goldcoast residents complained of some villagers disappearing for a few days and then returning changed. The group spent the night before setting off the next morning to investigate what could be causing the strange alteration of the townsfolk. After wandering throughout the nearby forest for a while, the group came across a similar fallen tree to one that Fergus encountered in the storm just two days before. They staked it out, hiding in the foliage until they saw a halfling man walk close to the clearing. Confronting and then interrogating this man, his form changed in appearance, shifting into a 7 foot tall figure with gray, clay-like flesh and attempted to make an escape while the rest of you were in hot pursuit.
