The Misting Mountains of Fellagros

The Misting Mountains are one of the tallest of the world, stretching out at its highest peak 30,000 feet above sea level, the mountain gets its name from the thick layers of mist and the clouds that flow beneath its peaks giving it a constantly misty appearance. The cause of this intense cloud cover is little known, but oft speculated on. Some claim the mountains are or were home to one of the mighty dragons of long past whose very icy slumber causes the mountains to be the way they are. Others claim its from one of the ancient civilizations that once dwelt upon the mountain having triggered olde magic that caused the natural climate to alter and shift. Whatever the cause, many peoples have tried to find the secrets buried within, few return from its heights or its depths, but those that do return with ancient treasures and claims of draconic activity.
