With divine word to your patron you lay down a powerful boon upon all allies with the favor of your deity, while bringing disfavor to your foes. You and all allies within 40 feet of you gain a number of d4s that they can apply on any d20 check or damage roll that they make for the next minute equal to your Proficiency bonus. While any foe within this range suffers a d4 penalty on a number of d20 checks they make equal to your Proficiency bonus. You can only apply a single d4 from this spell from any one check or roll.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you add an additional dice to the pool of favor and disfavor that is rolled by your allies and your foes for each slot above 3rd level.
