Effect

You inflict a painful, itching rash on the target creature. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, failure means the target suffers from 4d8 points of poison damage, and gains the poisoned condition for 1 minute. A creature can forgo its movement for the round to furiously scratch at the rash, negating the poisoned condition until the start of their next turn, but they suffer from 1d4 points of slashing damage. At the end of a creatures turn they gain a new Constitution saving throw to end the poisoned condition early.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
