You cause a single creature within range to make a Charisma saving throw. A creature that fails this save becomes profoundly stricken with intense grief. They suffer from the incapacitated condition, and suffer a -2 penalty to Armor Class for as long as they are overwhelmed. A target can attempt a new save each round at the end of their turn to break the spell’s effect.
