Oppressive Boredom

Effect

One creature within range must make a Charisma saving throw, failure means you fill your target with boredom. A creature that fails this save loses all interest in its current task. When you cast this spell, choose Action, or Bonus Action, whenever they take the chosen action type, they must make a Charisma saving throw against your spell DC, or lose that action. A creature receives a new saving throw at the end of their turn to end this effect early. The boredom lasts until the duration expires, your concentration ends, or the target breaks the spell’s effect with a saving throw at the end of their turn.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, whenever the target takes either an Action or Bonus action they must make a save instead of only when it takes the chosen action when the spell is first cast.
