Hamiri'Nikay - She Who Sings - NG
Life, Love, Sea
Hamiri was given form from the cosmic seas of the void, wherein love first found its place in the universe. Though she has been for aeons, and Hamiri's name has changed over the ages, one thing is true; it is from her that all who would seek love are found, her songs inspire others to act, to live life to its fullest and to take a chance, for ones time is limited, true love is eternal. Though many above the waves worship her still, few among them know of her reach across the realms, for it is She Who Sings who first gave life to the Melas'Shai, the merfolk, these beings brought into existence from the form-inspiring music of creation have been blessed by their mother with natural gifts of song and sea and praise her as their patron. However, love has two sides to the same coin, it is through the perversion of love that broke this blessed song of creation, shattering it and sending shock waves throughout the cosmos, birthing many species in its wake, many of which corrupted by this foul manipulation of creation itself turned into twisted and vile abominations, cursed by their very existence.
Though Hamiri's worship had waned in the preceding years, it is after the shattering of Oblivion that brought forth the Age of Omens causing Hamiri's worship to grow, both on land and at sea. For hope, love, and fate itself would not die so easily, as the people panicked by the death of their patrons, and their lives shattered by the loss of their loved ones called out for someone to fill this void, and so Hamiri's spark was rekindled; though it is said, should faith in Hamiri ever truly die out in the world, so too would love itself.
