Canin (Arctic/Mountian)
The Cold weather climate variation on Canins. Fuller in stature and fur. Not nearly as tall as their Tropic cousins.
Basic Information
Anatomy
4 legged canine like creatures, with absurdly fluffy manes and tails, these come in handy for the extreme temperatures at the poles where this variety of Canin live. They have large feet to help move through the snow and icewater. Their manes are also a great help for fighting and keeping their neck protected from attackers.

Arctic canins tend to thrive in very cold climates, ranging form mountains to tundras.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
They have a third eyelid to help shield their eyes from the blinding sun and reflective snow. almost like builtin sunglasses. Their ears are also very well furred and their secondary ears are hard to see but are buried in their mane, and just like their tropic cousins they can hear high frequencies that most other species cannot hear.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Coloration wise they are usually very light colored in the colder seasons and the mountain subspecies do grow a summer coat that can be a bit darker in tone. They vary rarely have any kind of markings and their coats tend to be uniform in color.
