Tarville Keep

Tarville Keep is a large Orcish outpost overlooking the bridge across the Jotunfel river. The orcs there will charge 50 GP for any traveler to cross the bridge (100 GP if they don't like ya). If looked into further, adventurers will discover that the orcs are being organized by a troll. The troll rules the Tarville orcs by fear, so adventurers may be able to rally some orcs to help fight the troll.
