Miscellaneous: Rehabilitating Midstadt
With the last of the Obsidian Brigade nearly dealt with, Midstadt's inhabitants require some assistance before they can get their city operational again.
A woman will inform the party that while being forced out of the city, she lost her necklace. It is a gold locket with a picture of her late son inside. He died serving Midstadt's army in the war against Plainsedge, and the locket is all she has to remember him by.
An old man will ask the party to help him load up all his shop items into his carriage. He says that he no longer feels safe in Midstadt after the Brigade attacked, and wishes to move back home.

Moral Quandaries
After the party finds the woman's locket, a stranger approaches from a back alley. He keeps his face mostly concealed, but offers the party 200 GP if they hand over the locket-no questions asked-and report to the woman that the necklace was nowhere to be seen.
Cruel Tricks
If the party chooses to help the old shopkeeper load up his carriage with his store goods, he will quickly flee with the carriage. If the shop interior is investigated, the real shopkeeper can be found locked in the back storage closet.
