Rashorian Honor Guard

The Rashorian Honor Guard, a group of skilled mercenaries with their base of operation in the town of Rashor, was once founded by a group of former soldiers who had grown disillusioned with the corrupt leadership in the armies of the talian empire. They left their old fellows behind and formed a new brotherhood on the principles of honor, loyalty, and bravery. They chose to settle in Rashor because of it's reputation of training skilled fighters at the The High Academy of mighty Uyor and soon they became known as some of the best mercenaries on the continent.

Origins

As the armies and structures of the talian empire grew more corrupt and inefficient over time, many of the soldiers and officers did not want to continue to fight for such immoral values. They chose to leave the military behind, some voluntary and others forced out after to many disagreements with their higher ups and searched for a new purpose in life. The five Original Founders Of The Honor Guard chose to settle down in the town of Rashor, as they all were former students of the High Academy Of Mighty Uyor and believed that the values and techniques taught there would make it easier to find new members of the same mindset for their group of mercenaries.

Code of Conduct

They have a strict code of conduct that all members must follow. This includes a commitment to always tell the truth, to honor their contracts and agreements, and to treat their opponents with respect and dignity, even in the heat of battle. This also extends to the younger members and trainees, who are, while they don't have the same rank as their superiors, are still not treated harshly.
This code of conduct led to a glowing reputation for the honor guard all over the continent, as they are respected throughout the region for their skill and integrity. If there is a problem which can be solved by mercenaries, and if the client can afford it, the Rashorians are hired.
