Lyreagle

The lyreagle is a dangerous bird living in the Endless Mountains. It is believed to be the biggest eagle kind in existence and hunts on all kinds of creatures, mostly though on the dwarven sheep and goats. Because of this, it is hunted by the lyrians to protect their animals. Some humans though tried to tame it and some success with it, but they could't breed it in captivity, so the attempts were stopped after a while. It is the sigil animal of Merlon, the king of all dwarves, and with that also the one of the lyrian empire.
