Sasmandakotana
"You are not allowed to name things anymore, Doctor Despair."It makes sense, though. It takes a little bit out of all four of the state/province names that were included in Villain Central when it was rendered somewhat uninhabitable. Or rather, why would you want to live there? A/n: She was like seven when she came up with it. Maybe nine? For some reason she thinks that she has to defend all of her decisions, even the dumb ones that she made when she had the excuse of being a literal child. Just accept that you were dumb and move on!! Honestly, I'm not entirely sure how this caught on. Maybe because the complexity of the name matches the difficulty of living in the area? Somehow, it's the commonly used term for these people. They're considered to be refugees, because they all lost their homes, but they do still technically live in the same area as they used to. Just in a slightly more mobile fashion. They figured out how to make somewhat modified mobile homes and stick to the VC area. Because of how muddled the politics of the VC are, they don't have to pay taxes, so that's a plus. Dealing with random bands of minions of villains with less concern for ethics and sociology is a down side. They tend to stick to the outskirts of the VC, for the simple reason that it's harder to get food reliably the further in you go. There is some debate as to how many of these people are actually civilians and how many are in fact working for villains.
Culture
Shared customary codes and values
Most of the Sasmandakotana share a distaste for their governments, and in particular a dislike of their agencies. They also tend to sympathize with the causes of some villains.
