Blastoid

One of the earliest noted supervillains. He generated psionic blasts, and could mold those blasts into temporary forms to help himself.
His primary foes were Tempero and Horizon. Was defeated when he was sucked into the Temporal Displacer.
My theory stands that someday we'll see him again.
