Name: Mahrk Balashov
Born: Krasny, Kirov Oblast November 1960

Mahrk was born tough. As a child he just never got hurt. No amount of trips, falls and childhood accidents hurt him. At twelve he was in an car accident. He was hit by a drunk driver and was thrown twenty meters but got up UNHURT! Within a week he was enrolled in a 'special' program. From there he joined the super team Soviet Heroes of the Motherland.
He was given the official title of Fists of Soviet Justice but it was quickly shortened to Soviet justice. He soon became a key member of Team four. He proved to be dedicated, fearless and ruthless. He was quite willing to let a 'little' collateral damage happen (meaning whole buildings destroyed) in order to achieve his mission.
When the hardliner coup came in 1991 he and his whole team were ordered out to support it. The problem was the people were against the coupe'. Like the rest of the team he found himself facing a hostile crowd. Unlike Winter Star who backed the coupe but couldn't bring herself to attack innocent civilians he had no such moral qualms. He loved how things had been and would do whatever it took to keep the communists in power.
He laid into the crowd with all his might. The exact number of casualties he caused is unknown. The image of him deliberately throwing a bus into a crowd sending bodies flying in all directions was on TV world wide. His rampage ended when Strela rushed him and a wild duel ensued before she drew him away from the crowd and out of the city. What exactly happened next is unknown but shortly afterward Strela left the country (in disgust) and Marhk was placed on a list of wanted criminals by the new Russian government.
He was later spotted in Rogues Isle going by the name of The Fist and has since racked up a long list of crimes.
He was lured into a trap by Strela who decisively defeated him and handed him over to Longbow. He is awaiting trial and some 200 different counts.
