Heimdall's Ascendance

The ritual to restore Heimdall in Midgard.

Execution

To execute the ritual, the participant has to surrender the artifacts and a pint of blood. Then say the words: "Oh Heimdall. I ask your vigilant eye to awaken and help thy servant" The participant must succeed a 18 DC Wisdom saving throw or take 20d10 psychic damage.
